Audrey originally came to n’Atelier with a concept for a colorful and vibrant brand. After working with clients for a couple of years she re-evaluated her approach and asked for a brand and website refresh with more minimalist and natural tones to reflect her new strategy.

Audrey Frederick is a Boulder, Colorado-based coach whose mission is to help women begin to heal their relationship with their bodies through an integrative approach to nutrition and lifestyle changes. She strives to offer a variety of nutrition and health coaching offerings that make coaching, nutrition, and wellness more accessible for a wide range of budgets and backgrounds.
